NORM TEKNİK, under the brand NORMEKS, manufactures semi-rigid rubber hose reel cabinets certified according to TS EN 671-1 and flat hose reel cabinets certified according to TS EN 671-2.
With a commitment to product quality and reliability, NORM TEKNİK provides valuable services to its customers by offering 50 standard models as well as customized fire hose reel cabinets that meet their specific needs and requirements.
The cabinets feature a 1.5 mm galvanized steel body and a double-folded door made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel. They are equipped with a three-stage leak-proof stainless brass reel hub, with water supply at the center of the hub and a hose reel that can rotate 180° and has a 180° opening lid. The surface-mounted cabinets have a rear mounting plate, while the recessed cabinets have an adjustable frame that can be separately mounted from the cabinet body, eliminating the risk of damage to plaster and paint.
The hose valves operate at a working pressure of PN16, and the connection between the hose and the valve is made with a specially reinforced clamp. The hose end is equipped with an adjustable jet/spray/shut-off nozzle. The outdoor cabinets are electrostatically powder coated with a thickness of 90 microns, while the indoor fire hose reel cabinets are powder coated with a thickness of 70 microns. The standard production colors are RAL 9002 and RAL 3001, but other color options are available. The NORMEKS door lock does not create any protrusions on the surface.
In our standard production, the water inlets are on the right side. Requests for left upper and lower inlets should be specified separately. The standard cabinets have a sheet metal cover.
NORMEKS has obtained the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification, demonstrating its commitment to product quality. Our products are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 671-1 and TS EN 671-2 standards and are CE certified (CE 1299). The hoses comply with TS EN 694. The external cover of the cabinet features a signboard in accordance with 92/58/EEC regulations.
